Steyn City is maturing attractively, and houses on the estate are now springing up alongside some holes. It still retains a tranquil countryside feel though, and is a brilliant layout. Interesting that kikuyu is being inter-seeded on the fairways to eventually replace the cool-season grasses which have proved problematic in Gauteng. The fairway conditioning is certainly below par, particularly around the greens. Kikuyu should solve that.
