In excellent condition. Well-manicured with bent grass tee boxes which even have a first cut. The course is settling nicely and when the trees mature the design of the course will be even more prominent. Very playable with wide fairways and offering interesting options off the tee. The homes are set back and hardly noticeable. Their visibility will in future fade even more with the growth of newly planted trees.
