The course was green and, as always, a pleasure to play. The four-hole stretch from the par-5 third through to the par-3 sixth is a favourite set of sequential holes on any golf course and again didn’t disappoint. I think some trimming of trees and overgrown vegetation in front of the elevated 12th tee (uphill dogleg left par 5) is needed as it has now reached a height whereby it is blocking the view of most of the fairway landing area. Someone playing the course for the first time would have no idea as to how much fairway space they have when lining up their drive.
