Unfortunately we played the River and Boschenmeer nines. The fairways on the river nine were great but the Boschenmeer nine is hardly ever a pleasure to play. The design is completely different from the other 18 holes and hole 24 is particularly poor. This nine is not as well maintained as the rest. One gets the impression that the greenkeeping staff is battling to cope with 27 holes. It could also be lack of water and soil conditions.
Maybe a good idea to change this nine into a mashie course for those wanting to play a quick nine?
