Humewood is looking lovely, but the drought is devastating the Algoa Bay area. The club is blessed to have borehole and grey water for the course that allows maintenance staff to manage the situation. The links will be hosting the co-sanctioned European Challenge Tour/Sunshine Tour Nelson Mandela Bay Championship from February 23-26. It is the last of four such tournaments around SA in February. Humewood is hoping this could develop into becoming a DP World Tour event.
