Glenvista always delivers with some of the best greens in Gauteng, conditioning and design wise. Flawless putting surfaces are a joy. Attractive setting in this suburban valley south of Johannesburg and the green fee for visitors remains most reasonable. I like the varied flow of the course and its ups and downs and could play here every week. Every hole is a good test from tee to green. Par 3s are memorable. A new bridge across the river on the par-4 16th is due to be opened after the previous one was washed away following big rains earlier this year. An unsightly rubbish tip right of 18 is an eyesore.
