I had been excited to get the opportunity to play George GC again after not being there for 20 years. It was also the first round of our Garden Route tour, and something to look forward to. However, I felt the course was very neglected, and we were all disappointed that the greens had not been cut for play that day. It was wet after rain the previous day but the sun was shining and the Toros should have been brought out to mow.
