The starting hole might be surprisingly far from the clubhouse, yet its generously wide fairway makes it a comforting sight for that opening tee shot. The Montagu offers a lot of room off the tee; it’s the approach shots to greens that are often difficult. The four par 3s here are fabulous holes.
