Eye of Africa has good design variety and excellent greens. The slopes are not typical of Highveld courses so you are tested in different ways. The course presentation is generally consistent and the estate is clearly booming. The houses are noticeable and do feel close to the course which is a drawback. I particularly enjoy the par 3s, particularly the interesting ninth. An enjoyable day out in the south of Johannesburg.
