One of SA’s best courses, yet so remote I’m sure many golfers have never experienced it, maybe never heard of it. Elements should be talked about like Leopard Creek, although there wasn’t much wildlife to be seen other than a few antelope. I was warned though about snakes in the thick rough, particularly black mamba, which are territorial and have their chosen spots in the bushveld on the estate. If you’re not in a golf cart, you won’t outrun one! Elements chose a great site for its clubhouse, on a ridge overlooking the first and 18th holes. Perfect 19th hole at the end of the round.
