A KZN country club gem well looked after by proud members. Fun to play with many “risk-reward” tee shots. Most 4s are short by modern standards but defend par with run-off areas. The two strongest 4s are the fifth (stroke 2) and 12th (stroke 1). Superb greens complex on No 5. A false front will repel an errant shot. Short, and your ball will run back down the hill. No 12 green is guarded by water and bunkers. Victoria’s putting surfaces are superb, greens fast and true. Bunkers have been renovated. Par 3s have well-guarded greens. The course flows superbly, with a natural look and feel as you wander round this beautiful property. Good value on a weekday.
