Bushwillow has been battered and bruised by the weather gods and poor planning and maintenance has made things worse. Tees shoddy and some fairways unplayable. They are made worse by a curious decision to allow tee shots to land among the worst damaged parts of the course. No 14 is one example where moving tees forward temporarily could relieve pressure on the affected fairway. Walkways could have been constructed to ease pressure on wet spots but seemingly such suggestions aren’t easy to put into practice. The course needs a lot of work most of which is TLC rather than a significant budget.
