The overall experience at Pretoria CC is altogether excellent. One of the foremost clubs in South Africa in terms of the course layout, clubhouse facilities, pro shop, range and practice facilities, aesthetics and general ambience. The elegant and spacious locker room caught my eye, one of the best I’ve seen, and you conveniently walk straight out the door on to the practice putting green. And PCC has two of the best presented tee boxes for the opening holes of each nine. Their structure and substance adds character and stature to the hole you are about to play. You immediately feel stepping on to these tees you are about to play a top course. Some clubs don’t appreciate the importance of having well-maintained and designed tees built to leave a lasting impression.
