Erinvale has received global publicity by hosting the Investec SA Women’s Open the past two years. Television broadcasts have focused on the course’s spectacular mountain and ocean views. The winning 72-hole score was the same in both years, 14-under-par. The greens are true, fast and tricky, the fairways the best I have played on as a visitor from Spain. Outstanding clubhouse, although the standard of catering is not on par with that of the course.
